Dr Max Blumberg worked as a management consultant at Accenture in the US and South Africa before successfully founding and exiting a technology start-up followed by a PhD at Goldsmiths, University of London.
He runs the Blumberg Partnership, a Top 50 analytics consultancy delivering analytics and machine learning solutions to organizations like Nestle, Lloyds Register, Hilton Hotels, Rentokil Initial, Barclays and the MOD.
His practical grounding in strategy, finance, marketing, economics, computer science, mathematics and HR enable him to develop a full system approach that can be applied to diagnose and solve complex challenges arising from the operating model, organizational structure and job design.
As a Visiting Professor at University of Leeds Business School and a Visiting Researcher at Goldsmiths, Max's academic interests include the role of assets and capital in generating enterprise value, workforce automation and analytics, linkage analysis, the application of machine learning to workforce and B2B salesforce problems, and cutting edge analytical techniques. He has worked as a psychologist on BBC TV and as a talk-show host on London’s LBC Radio.
